Ordering Forms

 

If your forms are not one of the specific forms we support, you can use trial and error to see which check type works best with your forms.

With plain paper in your printer, select each check type, then click the Print Test Check button.

Place the test check on top of one of your forms.

Hold the two pages up to a window and look at the paper to check the alignment.

 

Company Name on pay stub.

If you have selected a pre-printed form, the company information should have been pre printed on the check paper by your form supplier.

Medlin Payroll Software prints the company information on pay stubs when you select Plain Paper, or one of the MICR check types.

 

PLAIN PAPER

Prints two stubs on each page.

Useful for those who prefer to write paychecks by hand, or to provide a pay receipt to employees paid in cash or via direct deposit.

 

MEDLIN FORMS

052L or 785

Check body on the top.

Check stubs on the bottom.

This check form is a fairly common style, compatible with many Intuit products.

750L

Check body on the top.

Check stubs on the bottom.

800L

Check body in the middle.

Check stubs at the top and bottom.

MICR 129L and 131L

Check body on the top.

Check stubs on the bottom.

131L has a pre-printed signature line.

.To use MICR check forms, you must be licensed for the MICR or Professional Edition of Medlin Payroll.

MICR 135L and 136L

Check body in the middle.

Check stubs at the top and bottom.

136L has a pre-printed signature line.

MICR 495L

Check body in the middle.

Check stubs at the top and bottom

711 (Dot-Matrix)

Check body on the bottom.

Check stub at the top.
