If your forms are not one of the specific forms we support, you can use trial and error to see which check type works best with your forms.
•With plain paper in your printer, select each check type, then click the Print Test Check button.
•Place the test check on top of one of your forms.
•Hold the two pages up to a window and look at the paper to check the alignment.
Company Name on pay stub.
•If you have selected a pre-printed form, the company information should have been pre printed on the check paper by your form supplier.
•Medlin Payroll Software prints the company information on pay stubs when you select Plain Paper, or one of the MICR check types.
PLAIN PAPER
•Prints two stubs on each page.
•Useful for those who prefer to write paychecks by hand, or to provide a pay receipt to employees paid in cash or via direct deposit.
