1.Open the desired program.

2.Click Help (the tab in the upper right).

3.Click Contents.

4.Click the program's name in the left pane, which should be 3 lines below the Contact/Contents line.

5.Click the Print icon.

6.Select the 'Print the selected heading and all subtopics' option.

7.Click 'OK'.
