Awards all sick leave with the first check of each calendar year.

Good for those who have little employee turnover, and those who prefer the least amount of paperwork.

No carry over balance is required since all employees will have access to their maximum sick leave pay at the beginning of each calendar year.

The trade off for simplicity is the chance a new employee uses all of their sick leave before working enough hours to earn the maximum for the year.
