E-Mailing from Medlin Software

Important Notes

Contact your email provider for the necessary settings.  Medlin Software cannot provide you with the settings as they are set by your email provider.

The header of each message includes the name from your 'License/Registration Key'.

If the message is rejected, you should get a message in your 'Reply Address' mailbox.

SMTP Authorization and secure connections (SSL/TLS) are attempted and used, if supported by your email server.

Connection

Select the connection you would like to use.

For information on setting up connections, refer to the Windows Help system.

If you do not need Medlin to make the connection (you have DSL, cable modem, LAN, etc.) select Direct Connection.

This also applies if you have a dial-up connection already open when you want to send email from our program.

You can also use the Direct Connection option if you can open the internet manually, but cannot get Medlin to open the connection.

his address is also used to set the 'from' address for the message.

To send to more than one address, separate the addresses with a semi-colon.

There is a 40 character limit in this field.
