This selection can be used to create quarterly wage and contribution files to upload to Wisconsin DWD each quarter.

The files replace submitting paper UCT 101 and UC 7823.

NOTES

•The contribution file is set to not defer quarter 1 payments, and with the payment amount as zero.

•Payments should be made separately from reporting.

•Wages for employees marked as SUTA exempt are not included.
