Effective Date
•The date you are requesting the funds to be made available to the employees.
•Make sure the date falls on a banking day (click the Processing Calendar button to verify banking days).
•For most accounts, the effective date will be 3 or 4 banking days from the date the file is submitted.
•Kotapay does offer faster processing for an additional fee.
Submit Current Batch
•Connects with the Kotapay secure site.
•After entering your login and password, and the required key card characters, you will have access to your account for uploading the new data file.
•The first step is to confirm your login and password.
•When the login and password are confirmed, the secure site randomly selects several positions from your 'key card' (or chart) which you must correctly enter as a third verification measure.
•After the file has been sent, a submission report is shown.
Processing Calendar
•Opens the Kotapay processing calendar web page.
Account Management
•Opens the Kotapay web site, their account login page.
•After entering your login and password, and the required key card characters, you will have access to your account.
•You can view your transactions, print reports, etc.
Submit Test Data
•Creates a file containing test data.
•Opens the Kotapay web site, their account login page.
•After entering your login and password, and the required key card characters, you will have access to your account to submit the test data.
