This report is designed to be a payroll input sheet.

 

Includes current information for each active employee.

There are blank spaces to write down the hours worked and other adjustments needed to prepare the next payroll.

You should also retain the employee time cards (or equivalent), showing the daily details of when the employee worked.

For privacy purposes, only the last 4 digits of the employee Social Security numbers are shown on this report.

Check the 'Payroll Worksheet: Omit Personal Information' box to show just the employee names and blank spaces to enter pay information.

If using the PTO options, PTO will be shown after the overtime hours, and available PTO - if any - will be shown below the PTO entry fields.

Note, the available PTO does not include any PTO earned on the employee's new paycheck - it is the amount available at the beginning of the pay period.
