Medlin Accounts Receivable & Invoicing is used to manage your customer list, create invoices, record sales and deposits, and print customer statements and accounting reports.  It is "try before you buy software".

You are encouraged to download, install, and try the software before you pay the license fee.  The license is paid once per version, which covers the use of the software - including updates, and 180 days of support via email.

This program is run as a stand alone program.  No other software is needed. All data is stored on your computer.  This program does not need to use the internet.

The program can be used for a single business or for multiple businesses/clients/sets of books.  It can share charge and payment data with Medlin Accounting.  It is a "Balance Forward" program.  All items are posted against the customer's balance, not against any particular invoice.

Licensed Customers:

Licensed customers receive a registration "key" for Medlin Accounts Receivable.  Each license is for a single computer.  Medlin Accounts Receivable is not designed, tested, or supported for use on multiple computers or over a network.
