Having trouble getting your license information to work? Check each of the following items - in order:
INSTALL THE CURRENT REVISION. If you are not
sure what the current revision is, visit our Latest News
page. ALL customers should use the current revision.
We no longer have licenses/revisions for a
specific year.
If your registration key starts
with '2022' or '2023-', your license was superseded. (Several
emails were sent, but you may not have seen or heeded them.) Request an
updated registration by using our
Lost Key
process. This DOES NOT mean your license has expired early - it means
the license process was changed - requiring you to use an updated key.
Make sure the program name on the registration screen matches the
program name your receipt, since your key will only work for the program(s) shown on your receipt.
Make sure to enter the "Registered To" information exactly as shown on your receipt. You cannot
change the "Registered To" information. For example, if the receipt says 'and' in the "Registered To"
information, typing '&' instead of 'and' will not work. The "Registered To" information is only used for
licensing purposes - you set the company name used on reports in the Setup section of the software.
Make sure the Customer ID and Registration Key are entered exactly as shown on your receipt.
