To access the WA specific reports, the first employee MUST be set for WA State tax.

UI

•You can use the UI eFile option to report wage information for unemployment insurance purposes, via a csv formatted file you can upload to the Washington State Employment Security Department each quarter.

•Wages for employees marked as SUTA exempt are not included.

•If you need to include those marked as SUTA exempt, contact us via email.

PFML/Cares

•The PMFL/Cares option can be used to print a paper report, as well as create a file for electronic submission.
