Our policy is to keep our prices stable.

Prices usually remain the same for no less than two years, and increases are in small increments.
Since our first program - released in 1984 - our price increases have stayed below the inflation rate!
Our next price increase will not happen before February 2026.

The Ordering Process - When will I get my new/updated license information?
We check for orders 24/7. If your order does not require manual review, it can be automatically processed, even outside of our business hours. Enter the same ID, contact, and company information as your prior order. The automated order process normally happens twice an hour, at 25 and 55 after the hour. If your order requires manual review, it will be processed as soon as possible during our business hours.

Card Security
We use Elavon (via ConvergePay) to process payments. Your charge card information is kept secure at all times, meeting the charge card security requirements. Your card information is not stored by Medlin, Elavon, or ConvergePay. The pay buttons are hosted securely on ConvergePay web servers. When you click one of the pay buttons, you fill in a secure form, hosted by ConvergePay. The results are available to Medlin, but your charge card information is not seen by Medlin at all.

Duplicate, Decline, Cancel
If your payment attempt is declined or you use the Cancel link, you will have to wait ten to fifteen minutes to try again, even with a different card. If you are in a hurry, you can try ordering again by using a different web browser.

Hints and Tips - New Customer
Enter NEW as the Customer ID. Leaving the ID blank is also acceptable.
If you enter a comment, we will manually process your order during our business hours.

Hints and Tips - Returning Customer
Enter your customer ID (found at the lower middle of any Medlin program main screen).
If you are adding an additional computer, enter NEW as the Customer ID.
It is also fine to leave the Customer ID field blank - we will try to match using the other information you enter.
If you enter a comment, we will manually process your order during our business hours.
If we cannot reliably match your information to what you entered on your prior order, your order will be manually processed during our business hours.
