When placing an order or asking for a copy of your receipt, your name, company name, address, email address, and phone number are added to our customer database. Your text message number is only used to send a copy of your receipt. To update your information, contact us via email. We do not store your charge card information. We use our customer database to inform customers of updates and to offer compatible forms (checks, tax forms, etc.). We do not sell or share our customer database. We review our web site logs for internal purposes only. No web site log information is sold or shared. When using the "Check for Update" function as well as other functions which directly link to our web site, we can identify your customer number, and certain computer identifying information (such as IP address and drive serial number). This information is only used for internal purposes and is not sold or shared. Any information you send us for support purposes (reports, checks, data files) is destroyed after being looked at. If you use our encrypted online backup data storage function, we can see how many backups you have stored, but we cannot open or read your online backup.
